Inka Gallery is pleased to feature Art Space Gallery on our blog.  This art co-operative is in the lovely seaside town of St. Ives in Cornwall situated in the south-west of the UK.

The gallery is just a stone's throw from the beach and with the views they get over the harbour, the subject matter would have to be great inspiration for any artist!

Art Space co-operative gallery was established in April 2000, starting life in a small unit off the Promenade, in St Ives. Art Space moved to its current large and spacious location on The Wharf, St Ives, in April, 2003. The Gallery is run on an equal and democratic basis. Meetings are held each calendar month and paintings are re-hung and spaces rotated every 4 weeks. This ensures that displays remain fresh and encourages the artists - Helen Atkins, John Berryman, Victoria Hilliard, Lesley Ninnes, Sara Pound, Petroushka Sura-Field and Julian Rowe - to include new work. The individual creative styles vary from figurative to abstract, resulting in a diverse exhibition.. Art Space Gallery has built a reputation for quality paintings, prints and 3-D work, sold to collectors both nationally and internationally.
